Do you offer drawings, floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, renderings, etc.?
Yes, we do offer drawings. Construction Documents are key to having a successful remodel. The client, the contractor, and the interior designer should all be on the same page and construction documents allow for the least about of mistakes to be made. We offer floor plans, furniture plans, electrical plans, elevations, renderings, etc. We will give you and a contractor a PDF of the construction documents, along with FF&E schedules to reference during the project.
How much do your design services cost?
Each project is different and very unique. Our design services are based off of a very detailed scope of work. After the initial consultation, we are able to provide clients with a design services proposal.
